We empower organizations by creating opportunities for people to hear and respect each other. When this is so, both work-flow and the experience of satisfaction in work improves. Demonstrably. This may seem a simplistic and obvious statement, but for the most part it does not happen in organisations. Our mission is to teach and demonstrate that thoughtful facilitation frees people to be both responsible and creative in their work environment. These are skills that can be learned and used to make meetings work and work well.

 ​​  about the TIME TO THINK PARTNERSHIP COURSE on Zoom
Learning the one-to-one application of The Thinking Environment - a unique and powerful framework for independent thinking, developed by Nancy Kline.
 
This four half-day programme is an intensive, experiential course designed for a maximum of 6 participants. The course content explores the theory and practice of the Ten Components of the Thinking Environment and its use in the Thinking Partnership® Session. The Thinking Session is the bedrock of the Time To Think approach. Learning to give the extraordinary attention that enables people to think for themselves with unprecedented clarity and courage is an essential leadership, coaching or mentoring expertise. 
Aims and Objectives:
  • To learn the process and skills of the Thinking Partnership session
  • To explore all Ten Components of a Thinking Environment - their application to, and their impact on, individual thinking
  • To examine and acquire skill in the construction of Incisive Questions
  • To have time to think, with precision, about issues of importance to you
  • To become familiar with, and able to give and participate in, Thinking Sessions effectively
  • To enable you to experience this quality of thinking and listening both as a Thinker and as a Thinking Partner
We learn to understand how, and why, the quality of one person's attention impacts on the quality of another person's thinking, on their decisions and actions.
 
This way of being is regarded by many as an essential coaching and mentoring skill, ideal for all those managing and leading people: the training and application of it is also a valuable personal development experience.  This course equips you with skills for many contexts: 1-to-1 coaching and mentoring, day-to-day discussions, team leadership and management, client relationships, as well as your personal life.  Essentially it improves communication and understanding on all levels with all people at all times.  
 
Who is the course for?
Coaches, mentors, professional advisers, executives, managers, HR and OD professionals, health and other consultants; all those who want to become skilled in creating the ideal conditions in which thinking will flourish, and/or to deepen existing skills. 
Note: This programme is the pre-requisite for the Time to Think Coaching accreditation course.
