Time To Think Coaching (Accreditation) Programme
(The Thinking Partnership Programme is a prerequisite for this course.)
The Time To Think Coaching Programme is a four-day programme (2 x 2 days) facilitated by Maryse Barak, providing the knowledge and skills with which to become a certified Time To Think Coach.
Whether you will be using these skills as a Business/Executive Coach or as a Personal Coach, this programme equips you with powerful coaching expertise. The programme is for a maximum of 6 people and comprises in-class and practicum work.
AIM:
To develop expertise as a professional coach using the Thinking Environment approach and methodology
OBJECTIVE:
To learn, and integrate, the Thinking Environment approach to coaching
To master each aspect of the Six-part Thinking Session
To learn to apply a broad application of Incisive Questions
To understand and use the ‘Spectrum of Independence’
To practice coaching’ and being coached’ in this way
To think with clarity about your own challenges in being a Coach
COST:
Paid for by an organisation: R25 000 incl. VAT
Paid for by an individual: R18 200 incl. VAT
Costs include all materials, catering and practicum supervision
